• Agent applications — your personal details, next-of-kin details, bank details and (optionally) your company information, as provided in the application form.
• Usage information — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through standard website analytics.

• Respond to your enquiries and arrange property inspections.
• Process purchases, payment plans and mortgage introductions you ask us about.
• Review agent applications and manage our agent partnerships.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Sensitive details in agent applications — such as next-of-kin and bank information — are stored privately and are never published or visible to other visitors.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting transaction. Agent application details are kept for the duration of the partnership and as required by law afterwards. When information is no longer needed, we delete it securely.

6. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you can:

• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.
